For sessions beyond a radius of twenty miles from Centerville, there is an additional surcharge of $29.99. Outdoor Session Guidelines The best time of day for outdoor photography is during the evening hours beginning about two and a half hours before sunset. This time of day provides the best type of lighting for outdoor portraits. When outdoor poses are required, it may be necessary to reschedule those poses if there is rain, if it's too windy or even too cloudy. After the first week in October, outdoor poses may not be available due to weather conditions. Proof Options Proofs are ready for viewing the next business day online. If you wish to view your proofs in print form, we offer a spiral bound proof book which will be ready in three business days. If you would like to view your proofs both ways, please add $14.99 to the session fee. Straight Talk About Finished Photographs Our photographs are printed on Kodak Endura Professional Portrait Paper and do not require protective art lacquer spray. Prints sized 8x10 and larger are mounted on double weight acid free photo-mount board ready for framing. 4x5 and 5x7 prints are presented in gift folders. Our photographic images are digitally retouched to remove blemishes, soften or remove wrinkles, soften or remove bags or dark areas under the eyes, removal of stray hair and whitening teeth. Placing Your Portrait Order Proofs (proof books and online) are loaned to you for the purpose of selecting the poses you wish to order from. Proof books must be returned to the studio within 2 weeks, online proofs will be removed 2 weeks after they are posted. We require 50% deposit when the order is placed, balance is due upon delivery of the order. Please call us to schedule an appointment to place your order. Create your own package. To create your own package, start with our Basic Package and then simply add other sizes and quantities. Another option would be the package could be a total of 3 - 8x10 and 16 wallets. Still another option would change the package to a total of 6 - 5x7 and 16 wallets.
